Terms of Service | Karascore

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms define the conditions of use for Karascore (hereinafter "the Service"). All registered users (hereinafter "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

Persons wishing to use the Service shall apply for registration by agreeing to these Terms and following the registration procedure designated by the Service. Registration is completed upon approval by the Service.

The Service may decline registration applications if:

False information was provided during application

The applicant has previously violated these Terms

The Service otherwise deems registration inappropriate

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

Users shall manage their user IDs and passwords at their own responsibility. The Service shall not be liable for any damage arising from unauthorized use of a user ID or password by a third party, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Service.

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment)

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If paid services are introduced in the future, Users will be notified in advance.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

Activities that violate laws or public order

Activities related to criminal acts

Activities that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of the Service

Activities that destroy or interfere with server or network functions

Commercial use of information obtained through the Service

Activities that may obstruct the operation of the Service

Unauthorized access or attempts to obtain information by illegal means

Collection or accumulation of personal information of other Users

Use of the Service for fraudulent purposes

Activities that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other Users or third parties

Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Service

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

The Service may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice to Users. The Service shall not be liable for any damage caused to Users as a result.

Article 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)

The Service does not warrant, either expressly or impliedly, that the Service is free of defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or rights infringement).

The Service shall not be liable for any damage arising from the Service.

Article 8 (Changes to Service Content)

The Service may change, add to, or discontinue the content of the Service without prior notice to Users. The Service shall not be liable for any damage caused to Users as a result.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Service may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users when deemed necessary. Users who begin using the Service after such changes shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)

Personal information obtained through the use of this Service shall be handled appropriately in accordance with the Service's Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Notices and Communications)

Notices or communications between Users and the Service shall be made by methods designated by the Service.

Article 12 (Prohibition of Assignment)

Users may not transfer or pledge their contractual status or rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of the Service.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Service's principal office.
